Demo Hotel was born from the redevelopment of a 1960s Romagna guesthouse and from a simple question: what would happen if every space were redesigned from scratch, without constraints?
The answer are nine suites designed by fourteen architecture studios, turning the hotel into a true home away from home.
Each space becomes an original temporary home, designed to inspire emotions and leave a lasting impression.
In the San Giuliano village, just a few minutes from Rimini’s historic centre, a project is taking shape that places the heart and soul of hospitality at its core. A place that does not seek to appeal to everyone, but to leave a lasting impression on those who know the difference between simply being somewhere and truly experiencing it.

Each suite at DEMO Hotel is the result of an independent vision: a different designer, a different idea of what it means to welcome. From immersion in water to light as material, from industrial pop to domestic silence.
There is no shared aesthetic thread, but there is consistency in the method: every choice was taken to its conclusion, without compromise. The result is a space that resembles nowhere else on the Riviera.
