Mode Hotewas born from the redevelopment of an old Romagna guesthouse in the San Giuliano Mare district of Rimini.

The project involves thirteen architecture studios (among the most significant in the hospitality sector), invited to reinterpret the accommodation space according to a shared vision: that of sustainability as a method, not as decoration.

The result is a hotel that breaks away from traditional models, designed for those who wish to experience holidays focused on relaxation and a new concept of luxury.Each room is an independent experience, designed by a different architect, expressing its own vision of eco-sustainable comfort. Together, they create something rare: a place where architecture is experimented with, lived in, and challenged. The secret is to transform every stay into an authentic and unforgettable experience.

In 2025, Mode received the Hotel Sustainability Award at the Bolzano Trade Fair.
