HandBag is an Italian startup
that creates a small-scale, handcrafted and customized production,
transforming reclaimed materials into iconic objects.

The story of this Made in Italy brand began almost by chance:
“We needed some bags for a flight to Barcelona, so we made them ourselves”,
the creators explain.
From that idea, a project was born that combines
creativity, sustainability and local craftsmanship.

Products HandBag, crafted by artisan Stefano Benini from original designs,
are created by skilled craftsmanship capable of producing personalized bags and custom-made.
Each product is made using newly recovered PVC,
partly sourced from offcuts from the manufacturing of inflatable boats and
partly from rolls of truck tarpaulin fabric.
These are complemented by recycled, sanitized and treated seat belts,
which help make each creation unique, strong and durable.

The collection includes 19 models,
including backpacks, messenger bags, waist bags, shoppers, wallets and key rings,
all customizable thanks to 16 vibrant colors, nine inserts and the complete alphabet with numbers and letters.

Each item is made to order and shipped throughout Italy within three working days.
The bags are extremely durable, easy to clean and sanitize,
as well as providing excellent protection against rain.

HandBag is housed within Spazio14,
a concept store that also showcases other brands and creations.
