Founded in 1956, during the golden years of the “bella vita”, this four-star hotel in Cesenatico was created with an elegant and cosmopolitan spirit that can still be felt today among its sea-facing terraces, Mediterranean design and welcoming atmosphere that has always distinguished it.

For over thirty years, the Hotel Internazionale has been managed by the Manuzzi family, who passionately preserve its identity and original spirit.
The family-run management is the beating heart of the property: an authentic hospitality experience, deeply rooted in Romagna yet always open to the world, where every guest is welcomed with care and genuine warmth.
Today, the family remains personally involved in the daily life of the hotel, together with their daughters Clio and Sofia, who represent the new generation and the natural bridge between tradition and the future.
Their contemporary vision fits into a strong heritage built on genuine hospitality, lasting relationships and a deep love for the sea.
A new perspective
CasaMadie and a new chapter
From this vision comes CasaMadie all’Internazionale, a project conceived by Clio and Sofia after years of travel and experiences abroad. It is a return to the roots with a contemporary outlook: a space that combines the hotel’s international soul with mediterranean conviviality, reinterpreting flavors, atmospheres, and hospitality rituals. Overlooking a bright sea-view terrace, CasaMadie is designed as a large open house.
Here, the day begins with carefully prepared breakfasts and continues with brunches and moments of connection, in an elegant yet spontaneous setting where taste meets the beauty of the seaside landscape.
The year 2026 also marks a new chapter for the Manuzzi family, with the reopening of the historic beach establishment Bagno 4 Venti, beach club, revitalized with a renewed vision while remaining true to the Romagna beach tradition. Hotel Internazionale, CasaMadie, and Bagno 4 Venti together tell a single story: that of a family that has preserved the art of hospitality for decades, renewing it with contemporary sensitivity and the same love for the sea that began it all in 1956.
