Between the pier and the sea, in the spring of 2010, Maré was born — the beach club with an accent.
A place that, from the very beginning, chose to tell the story of the Riviera in a different way, through details, atmosphere and authenticity.
Large windows overlooking the Adriatic, wooden slatted walls, striped beach cabins, restored vintage tables, white parasols. Around them, the scents of cork oak, rosemary and lavender evoke the coast and the summers of the past.
Maré is a beach club that welcomes you with natural ease, where every element contributes to creating a balance between casual elegance and a maritime spirit. A place where the landscape becomes part of the interior, and where time seems to slow down just enough to make you feel truly somewhere else.

Maré is much more than a seaside restaurant. It is a place that comes alive throughout the day, naturally transforming with each moment.
Beach, cuisine, café and boutique are the four souls that coexist within the same space, united by a simple yet ambitious goal: to make every guest feel on holiday, even if only for a moment.
From early morning until late evening, Maré follows the different rhythms of the day: breakfast with the sea in front of you, a light lunch under the sun, an afternoon coffee, and an aperitif that gently leads into the evening.
It is a versatile venue, always open, capable of changing with the seasons and with the people who pass through it. A place where every moment finds its own natural space.
And then comes the cuisine

Maré’s cuisine is born from the encounter between tradition and evolution. Two dimensions that coexist every day in the menu, shaped by continuous research, experimentation and a deep connection with the territory.
The Adriatic Sea remains the starting point, but it is not the only horizon: influences, contemporary techniques and careful attention to raw ingredients make it possible to create dishes that tell the story of the Riviera in a new way.
Since 2012, this journey has been guided by the chef Omar Casali, who has contributed to defining the restaurant’s gastronomic identity, while always maintaining a balance between respect for its roots and the desire to explore.
Maré is also an ideal location for corporate events and shared moments: from business lunches to team building activities, all the way to private dinners.
Different occasions find here an informal yet refined setting, where the sea becomes part of the experience.
There are places where the sea is not just a view, but a constant presence.
