In the heart of Cesena an old artisan workshop has been brought back to life.
A place frozen in time since the 1970s, now filled with timeless aromas:
slow-cooked broth, hand-rolled pasta and the patient gestures of true homemade cooking.
This is where Brodino was born, a project by the Sacchetti family, already behind the historic Ristorante Cerina, created with the idea
of bringing authentic, everyday and accessible Romagna cuisine to the city. More than a restaurant, it is also
a shop and an open laboratory: a space where guests can watch dishes being prepared,
enjoy a meal on site or choose specialties to take away, packaged in biodegradable materials.
The spirit of the place remains untouched: vintage furnishings, a warm and
familiar atmosphere and the sincere character of an old neighbourhood shop turned into a meeting point once again.
Every day, the “sfogline” handcraft dough and fillings to bring to life the recipes of Romagna tradition:
“cappelletti” served in meat or vegetable broth, “passatelli”, the Cerina Canolo, “strozzapreti”,
meatballs and stuffed courgettes… ending with a slice of homemade cake and coffee served from a traditional moka pot.
Brodino is this: a cuisine that tastes like home, made of slow time and carefully selected ingredients.
